Construction projects contain complex processes that require proper planning, execution & control to ensure the successful completion of the project. The Quality Management Plan (QMP) is an essential document that outlines the approach to be taken by the project team to achieve quality objectives.
We follow the QMP tool that enables the construction team to deliver the project on time, within
budget and to the required quality standards
